The Louis Vuitton Nike Air Force 1 Low by Virgil Abloh White expresses the late Abloh’s spin on Nike’s ever-popular Air Force 1 Low basketball shoe. Abloh reimagines the white-on-white colorway in luxurious LV-embossed leather. Gold Louis Vuitton branding appears throughout. Abloh nods to his Off-White clothing brand, with a small hangtag beneath the Swoosh and an additional “AIR” printed alongside Nike’s “AIR” on the midsole.
Created as part of a wildly successful collaboration, the Vuitton Abloh Nike Air Force 1 Low debuted as a serious collector’s item. Released just months after Abloh’s untimely death, the white colorway was one of 47 versions of the Air Force 1 that Abloh designed. As such, this shoe is a treasured commemoration of one of the designer’s final projects.
